My last experience withtheir cameras wasn't very good, but it hasbeen a few years.. This past weekend I bought one of the small hd cams that you can mount on your bow , or gun or cap etc. Great marketing , great packaging etc, guess what ? wouldn't hit a lick , thought maybe the batteries I was trying were weak, bought new ones same thing . Call customer service get put on hold two or three times , girl on phone couldn't get the batteries in then had to get help answering my questions. Sent it back ups about $10 worth. Got an email today saying it was received and how much they valuemy business, it would be checked in the order it was received and I would get another email when it shipped back. Footnote however said they are now running 3-4 weeks, Went to the website and it says any email might take 3-4 days to get answered ! NOW I remembered why I avoided them for years,,,,, either too much business to handle, too few employees, too shoddy equipment, or all the above! Beware !
Had a problem with a covert trail cam. got a real person on phone first try , got a replacement in less than a week ! Thats customer service !

i have good luck with the md 40 and 50's.....just bought an 80 and put it out a few days ago.....will up date you.

I have a D-55 IR and 2 of the M80 cameras. I used them solid for 2 months before season and they have been out since season has been over. They have worked flawless. Really good pics and excellent battery life. The only thing I don't like about them is when they go into sleep mode the trigger speed is slow. I only use them on mineral licks, scrapes and corn (out of season of course).
