Movie about rape on college campus..

There was an article in today's Tennessean by a lady who was an advisor to a college sorority. She said that she dealt with several who had been sexually assaulted and stated that 1 of 4 women would be victims of at least an attempt. Coming from a father of an almost 15-year old daughter I pity the scumbag that ever lays a hand on her. Also the paper Friday or Saturday had a lot of details of the Vandy case and its deplorable what it appears these guys did to that girl. Ought to hang them and that's probably too nice. :evil:
 
I hope those punks from vandy never see the light of day again. They otta be hung be we know that won't happen. I can't even stand to read about the things these guys did. Pure evil.

Whether that is truth or fallacy does affect whether or not she was a victim of a violent attack. What other route avenues of justification did the Tallahassee police retardment give her, since they don't prosecute criminoles.
 
I wonder why they want to focus on winston so much. He was cleared of violating the student conduct code, and did not face any criminal charges. Is it just because he is a star, or is it because everyone, including me, thinks he is guilty?(aside from criminole fans of course). Imo winston should not have his picture in that article before vandenburg, batey, and the rest of the VU players since he has been cleared. There is undeniable evidence that these vu players did what they are accused of and they should be the larger focus of the article/movie. There is also two ut vol players that are accused of rape and I haven't heard anything at all about the case in a month or more.
 
The difference in the two cases is how the team and local authorities handled the case. All the VU players involved were kicked off the team, IMMEDIATELY, never played a down after the effect. The authorities investigated, moved forward with charges and are going to get a conviction. Guess it would have been different if the Commodores had National Championship aspirations. I would support the death penalty for these animals.
 
The TPD did everything they were supposed to do . Collected evidence,took statements---rape kit at hospital--blood for drug test.Then were told by Aunt attorney she would get back with them. One month later Erica said she recognized Winston in her class but wasn't concerned because he sat in the back of the class.Later after this and many lies later, after finding out he was the QB, the investigation was started and stopped after attorney request.Completely different circumstances in the two cases.As it turned out after many investigations proved she lied about many things. HE never denied sex with Erica Kinsman . The reports can be googled, and read, but no one seems to want to do that. Why hasn't she sued him in Civil Court? What is she waiting on? She keeps looking for a pay day elsewhere. Winston's att. will probably file suit first for defamation and good for him. Jimbo is pretty smart if he knew the Noles would win the NC before August of that year. Well redblood another post on Winston,keep stirring. I heard she has an uncle in Tenn. The reason for the film now is the draft is coming up soon. Would not be surprised if the aunt didn't finance the documentary.
 
Forgot to add----at or around this same time a star FSU wide receiver was kicked of the team and arrested for sexual assualt. Missed the whole year ,but was aquited in court after the girl changed her story. She was just mad.I know who should go to jail.

don't know anything about Brian Banks or the details of his story, but if he was innocent I am glad he was exonerated. However, a girl changing her story doesn't necessarily mean the accused is innocent. A lot can happen behind the scenes, to instigate a change of heart

No I ain't mad redblood. Just sticking up for a kid who is mostly innocent by what the evidence shows. Jameis will be a millionaire and I will still be living my life as it is now.He has been in front of many groups that say he is not guilty because of the evidence.I am over this debate with you. Neither one of us will convict or free him either way. Been fun----waiting on draft day.
