My 2nd 5.5 y/o ever on cam

I got my first ever 5.5 yr old last year on camera, he was killed about a mile down the road the Friday after Thanksgiving last year.

I got another 5.5 y/o on another farm where we put in 250 acres of soybeans. This farm has always had sub-par genetics, and I was curious as to whether the beans would help antler scores. Looks like it hasn't done a bit of good, although body weights look great.

The other pic is of a 4.5 y/o (have better body shots) on the same farm.

sucks sometimes you can do everything right and still can't grow MR. Big.

At least I can use the cape for another mount I've been holding out on...

I think after a few years of providing large amounts of high-protein foodstuffs you will see the increase in antler size/mass. Will be interesting to see what your bucks look like in about 5 years
