My attempt at gobbling

Nephew said it sounded good but when i do it it sounds far from a gobble in my head i start off yelping and then cutting.....second attempt not so great....but the audio from the vid convinced me it sounded decent...im using a woodhaven red wasp mouth call

Ok I've been using a diaphragm call for years but I can't figure out how to get a gobble sound to come out. What are you doing with your tongue against the call or what are you saying to get this sound? Example - a yelp I'm saying yelk, yelk yelk....etc

I hope this question makes sense.

BTW. That sounded pretty darn good to me.
