well it looks like ole DC is finally gonna get to shoot his new bow for and entire weekend.
the local 4-h out of Las Cruces NM is havein a shoot on fathers day weekend in Lincoln Natinal Forrest. im pretty excited about it. but bummed at the same time. i have yet to spend a fathers day with my son since he was born. and it wont happen this year as the wife and boy are back home in tennessee and im stuck out here in west texas.
ive never shot 3D competitively before, but every one ive talked to that has said it would be the most fun (next to huntin of course) i can have with my bow.
maybe this will open up a huntin trip or 2 this fall and winter as well.
wish me luck and i hope to represent Tennessee will.
