also this summer i watched several good bucks eating over the beans but now that i got in the stand its doe city did i run them off by doing something wrong? i used about a gallon of scent killer...lol

My friends mom gave me his bow after he passed away.not trying to look a gift horse in the mouth but i am just wondering if its a quality bow. It is a bow tech justice vft what can someone tell me about this bow.

The best bow for you is one that you can shoot well and "fits" your hand. Practice with it... alot....

Oh, and have fun. :)

The bow needs to fit you.
You may want to take it to a dealer and get it checked out.

i took it had it tuned but the guy was total mathews guy said he wouldnt own anything but mathews. he said for a bow tech it was in great shape other than the brand feels nice to shoot and i am accurate most days

I have been shooting mathews for the past 7yrs now...and they are an awesome piece of equipment... but i started with a jennings that was made the same year i was born (1981) that i bought at a yard sale for $10. Used it for several years killed a few with it. Sounds like a good deal you got...enjoy it.
