Anybody have any experience with them?? The mechanical broadhead bug has bitten me..I don't wanna try rages, but the NAP spitfires have great reviews, and have no O rings either..Also with the low profile, looks like they should shoot good..I think im gonna try the spitfire max's 1 3/4 cut...Sounds good to me...Anyone??

Why not rage?......i stayed with Muzzy's until i found a mechanical i thought was a piece of quality. I dont like the price, but i love the performance.

It just seems that the Spitfires have better reviews..I've heard alot of good and some bad stuff bout the rages..I'd love to try them out,but the most of the bad I hear about them are the head failing to deploy..

Some people think the blades fail to open because they sometimes close back up after the pass-thru.

Ive been using nothing but NAP spitfire 2 blade 85 gr mechanical broadheads for around 7 or 8 years now. They quit making the 2 blade a few years ago but I have found them on ebay and boght a dozen of them just the other day. $34.99 + shipping for 3 pack, but worth every penny to have a broadhead Im confident of its performance.

Great head like you said no oring, I really see no way they could malfunction and fly just like a field tip for me. Ive only lost 1 doe since I started using them and Im going to blame that on a poor shot.

I bought Rage broadheads last year just to try them out. The blades would not stay in place behind the oring. EVERYTIME I pulled one from my quiver the blades were flopping around loose. It worried me that the same would happen when I shot.

Anyone else have those concerns?

They are a good broadhead. Used them several years before switching to a fixed blade.Only reason was I had a few blades that started to stick. Just got in my mind it might happen on a shot.
