Navionics US and Canada question

I have been blessed in that all the waters I frequent are on the lakemaster cards. I'm planning on fishing some waters this year that are only covered by navionics. I have a US & Canada chip that came with a unit 4-5 years ago. Has anything changed with the newer regional cards or is this one still the best they have to offer?
