If ND loses this game I'm blaming it on the uniforms. My gosh, they are awful.

It's kind of cool watching the scene in Fenway Park. Seems kind of weird to be looking at the Green Monster at a football game.
 
ND playing like garbage. 5 turnovers, 3 deep in BC's red zone. What should be a 31-3 butt kicking right now is a 10-3 ballgame. The CFP committee will not be impressed, assuming ND even manages to win this fiasco. :bash:
 
Not even close, farmin. BC never really had a chance to win the game, so it can't technically be a win for them. You should know that by now!

If anything, technically it was a blow out by ND. If ND hadn't turned it over 5 times (3 in the BC red zone) they would have won by a lot more than 3 points. :tu:

If your aunt had gonads she would be your uncle. That's not anywhere near a blowout Vermin. Lousy FSU beat them by 14. You saw what can happen playing the #1 defense. :tu:
 
baddnole, only 2 teams racked up over 400 yds of offense against BC's highly ranked defense - Clemson and ND. It's no coincidence they are both in line for a playoff spot if they win out. In fact, ND put up over twice as many yards against BC as FSU did (447 vs 217). Giving the ball to the other team 5 times with fumbles and bad passes made the score a lot closer than it should have been. The Bammers would know and can confirm.

Yep. Especially since nd was favored by 16 pts and only won by three. BC covered the spread times five. I'm sure the cfp committee sees it the same way. It was at night also! Bc would have won straight up if it wAsnt dark.

It's a dang shame that an annoying Nd fan has me actually pulling against one of my favorite teams.

You may be right about the CFP committee, but we'll know for sure on Tue night. However, anyone who watched the game knows that BC had no chance of winning that game rain, shine, day or night.

As much as we'd like your support, Mudbone, we don't need it. Onward to the playoff! :super:
 
BC never had a chance of winning? It was a 3 point game. BC outscored ND 16-9 in the second half Yeah not a snowball's chance there. Why do these teams even show up to play the Golden Gomers? ? :smash:
 
Yesterday ND opened as a 2 point favorite against Stanford. Stanford is now a 3.5 point favorite. Looks like the line shifted once CJ Procise became doubtful for ND. I like being the underdog.

I think most probably realized that I was joking about how butt-ugly I thought ND's uniforms were for that game. I failed to remember that Mudbone's sarcasm meter was still broken and that he would likely take it seriously. My bad. :lol:

The stress of being 17-point underdogs to the Vols must be getting to him. :P
