Need 209 primers

Does anybody have a lead on reasonably priced 209 primers? I'd prefer STS, but I could live with Winchester. My main source has a minimum order quantity of 5000, and I'd rather not buy that many if I can help it.

Dave's pawn shop in Crossville had a whole bunch of Federal 209As for sale about a week ago. They were about $6.00 per 100, and sold them by the 100s.
