Need an inexpensive compound for my 16 yr old

I need an inexpensive bow/compound... My 16 yr old and his buddies have gone bezerk with the bow fishing thing and he wants a cheap setup he can use.

He's probably a 28" draw... Dont need a heavy lb pull either really..

Might have one that will work. I believe it can be adjusted to 28 and probably down to 55-60. It is a Champion Attack One and I have killed a ton of deer with it but it is still in great condition. I'd probably take $100 for it. However I am a good 100 miles from you.
