My Bass Tracker has a single bank charger on it. The boat has two batteries. Cranking and a trolling, which one does the charger go on and which does the accessories go ?

charger goes on the deep cycle trolling motor batt. I run my accessories off the cranking batt.
what keeps the cranking battery charged. The motor? or is it wired to trickled over?

Stik is correct. Only thing that should be run on your trolling motor battery are the leads for the trolling motor, and the charger. Everything else is run off of the cranking battery. Cranking battery will charge whenever you are running the outboard. Wouldn't hurt to put a charger on it when not in use though, just make sure it is a smart charger and will go in to some sort of maintenance mode when fully charged so as to not cook the battery.
