bass pro in Nashville had RL 15,17,19 and 22 yesterday,,I would like to try this 2000MR though,,people claiming some very high speeds at normal pressure with 175-210 gr 308 loads,,

I am at Vanderbilt and could make a run if I knew where to look,,I bet some shop has some but I dont get to town much,,looking online is a waist of time,,

if I can get the 185`s to shoot accurate at 2750-2800 I would be a very happy shooter,,and from load data I have seen it very well may be possible with 26" barrel,,I been poking around on some F Class and Palma shooters sites and with 30-32 inch barrels some speeds they are quoting is almost insane,,

185 Bergers out of Rem 700 Police 26 inch 308

I sold an 8 pounder to a buddy who had read some good reviews and he hasn`t been to thrilled about the 2000 powder. Been using it in a Krieger/Remington 700 and Bartlein/Savage model 10 I rebarreled for him using 178 A-Max and 175 Sierras. He says Varget is the stuff make the 308 work and he has bought 4, 8 pounders over the last 5 or 6 years so he stocked up.

yeah its too slow for 175`s,,the good I have heard is with the 185 Jug and 190-200 SMK,,I have about 10 lbs of Varget and 1,000 175`s to shoot around home out to 800-1000 but would like to try the 185 and see if it is worth the trouble over the 175`s,,

whats his barrel length,,most guys hyping the 2000MR are FClass or Palma shooters with 28-30 inch barrels,,shooting 47+ grs with 185`s claiming 2800,,if I could get 2700 from 26 inches with the 185 and good accuracy it would be worth the trouble,,but that is pushing a 308 hard it seems,,but they say it is not hot,,

AH didnt have any,,Reloaders Bench didnt have any,,I sent MM a message on Facebook and we will see,,if it doesnt show up soon I am just gonna load the 175`s with 4064 and start buying parts to switch my PSS out to one of the medium case 6 or 6.5mm cases,,

I cant afford another action this year so I will put the 284 off until next year and gonna try and finish this PSS in a Chassis and a Bartlien barrel to shoot the 140 Hybirds at about 2850 fps,,probably 6.5 CM or maybe a 6.5x47 or maybe even the old 6.5 Swede which may be the sleeper of the bunch,,
