Nephews first bird!

After a silent first hour I finally got a a bird to sound off , after a little sweet talking he covered a lot of ground and got stopped on his tracks at 22 steps! My 9yr old nephews first bird! Shot it with a Mossberg 935 with 3" hevi-shot! 10 1/4" beard 1 1/16 spurs! His words as soon as he pulled the trigger "i got him, I got him , and I thought you said this gun didn't kick" then said"it was worth it though"! Great memories made! On a side note he shot this bird, 50 yards from where he shot his first deer (8 pt buck) a few months back! He said he wanted to call it the field of dreams! Good stuff!
