Never had a compound need HELP

Looking at getting a compound bow this year and do not repeat do not have much money to spend! I found this for $60. I emailed for more info but hasn't responded yet. Is it worth it. What you see is what I know, and I don't know much. Help Appreciated.

I figure that I can look for cracks, what about stress ? How do I check string to see if it needs replacing, and if it does whats the normal cost ?

Is it the correct draw length ? How are the strings and cables ? Check for limb cracks and feathering by running a Q tip along the limbs . Look for overall damage on every component .
It might be a deal now , that might cost you later if it needs major repairs .
