I'm currently shooting a Parker Black hawk at 65lb with a 31in draw. I'm using some old Easton carbon 340 arrows with plain 4in vanes. I have noticed some fishtailing with 100 grain Muzzys. I'd like to get some new arrows for with a stiffer spine.
But i have been out of touch of the archery wold for a few years and unsure which arrows and vanes to use. What would you recommend? I'm thinking about getting arrows on the stiff side with blazers.
Any thought?

I use GoldTip Velocitys 400 spine with the Vanetec 2inch blazers.

The fishtailing could also be a bow that needs to be tuned. Try shooting through some paper to see how it does. But it does sound like you are shooting a underspined arrow.

I just bought this bow new and have only shot it a few hundred times. I intend to paper check the tune when i get home in a few weeks but for now i want to get some arrows on the road.
Thanks for the help and keep it coming,
Greg
