New Black Powder Sub ????

Anybody here heard anything about a new Black Powder Sub, from Alliant Powders called "Black Dot"?

Didn't see anything on it on the Alliant web site nor anywhere else except in a Graf & Sons catalog I got a acouple weeks back, either there sold out or it ain't came out yet.
