New England 12 GA?

I've got a NE 12 gauge single shot at the house and I got to wondering if the barrel has enough meat on it to get it threaded for a choke. Id like to and use it as another turkey gun. Heck I hardly ever shoot it the way it is. I think it would make a sweet little turkey gun. Anybody ever had one of these threaded for a choke tube? Is it possible? I know NE or, H&R now, sells a gun that looks just like the one I have made specifically for turkey but I didnt know if maybe the barrel was beefier on it or what.

Contact Sumtoy customs in georgia and he can do it for you. The choke thread style will depend on the thickness of the barrel where you want it cut. I believe he charges 35 bux to do it plus the choke.
