New Georgia coach

Not a big surprise at all. Best of luck to him until Bama and GA play each other. Alabama has replaced several coordinators under Saban and survived...they will be fine.

Roll Tide.

Exactly. Part of Saban's tremendous success is his excellent hiring skills. He obviously knows what he is doing and replacing top assistants is almost routine for him.

LOL @ ' death blow for Bammers!'. Sounds like someone that would also believe a two buck limit is a magic pill. :rotf: :rotf: :rotf:

farmin, I've bookmarked this thread so that in 5 years when ND has won another national championship and the 2-buck limit proves to have been a great decision, you will have to admit the ND guy was right and you were wrong. Stay tuned! :tu:

Good luck to Kirby. He's definitely earned a shot. Hopefully the Georgia boosters will give him enough time to recruit and build his own system. It's going to be tough; it seems like most successful head coaches first earn their chops in head coaching gigs with lower tier schools before moving up to the Power 5. Hopefully that won't come back to bite Kirby.

I don't know about ND winning NC's but the 2 buck limit is a no-brainer!

So I'm guessing you also think that Spurhunter lives in Disney World during college football season... :)

Lol.. I know about one of them..and it isn't the one about a national title. Anyone who believes the new limit is going to make the changes they're expecting would also buy into Vermin's fuzzy math . Bless your little hearts. :rotf:

There have already been numerous "shooters" passed on the property I hunt and the property next door that would be dead last year. The 1000 acres I refer to is already increasing the age structure in the first year! I know brown and downers hate anything that makes them exercise restraint, but tell me how improving the age structure isn't going to do what we want?

I'm not going to debate the theories of some amateur wannabe biologists on a sports forum or anywhere else. Think whatever you want. If true experts like the real (and damm good) biologists at TWRA, BSK, and others are ignored, then I'm certainly not going to influence you. I

Don't crawfish now. You said "Anyone who believes the new limit is going to make the changes they're expecting would also buy into Vermin's fuzzy math ." The changes we are expecting is an increase in age structure and I just gave you facts on how it is happening. Tell me, how is allowing bucks to get older not going to improve age strucutre???
