New Short***

Hahah I like the crossovers.

FunnyMaine used to be one of my favorites but the censorship thing really killed his videos. First they stopped him from using clips of the plays in the videos, then they stopped him from using Sweet Home Alabama. It's nothing like it was a few yrs ago.

I wondered if he was just trying a different format or if there was some sort of cease and desist

I talked to him at one of the Bama home games last year. He said they had been after him and that he was going to have to change up the content of his videos. I think the problem was, he markets his own brand of clothing, sayings, etc and was using the footage and tunes without permission of the networks/recording labels while profiting from it. I'm sure if they were getting a slice of the pie, they would say all is well.

Im surprised that the SEC , Nike or some of the other big name companies have not tried the same crap with the SEC short people for wearing licensed products in their videos to be honest with you.

I think they can wear the stuff in the videos and there be no issues. That's just free advertising for them. But what they don't like is when people are profiting from something, and they aren't getting a piece of it. Funny Maine has his own line of clothes and stuff he sells online. Some of it is even licensed by Bama.

I'm not sure how it works with the YouTube payments and such though. Get so many subscribers, likes, etc and you can get a hefty monthly check from YouTube.
