You need a Blob style target. Depending on where you get them from, you can get them for $50 on up to $150. You can get them from the size you are looking for, to much larger sizes. They vary in density and material but you wont find a better arrow stopper than what they are for the price.
Commercial product targets...the best one I can think of for you would be the Rinehart Rhinoblock XL. I have one of those and it's a pretty good target. The only thing I have ran into that I don't like is that it has a hard plastic drain tube about the size of a pinky finger that runs through the middle of the target and it has stolen a couple of expensive target points from my arrows. Otherwise...it does pretty good for what they cost. One piece of advice....if you have several pounds of tannerite that you are going to shoot for the 4th of July...and need something portable to set it on top of so you can see the container with tannerite in it...don't use the Rhinoblock as your portable table for this. 2 pounds of tannerite on top of the target was enough to knock a huge chunk out of the target.
