Get a Tennessee Hunting Guide
You're too late for the quota hunts at Shelby Forest and Wolf River. But don't feel bad I applied for them both and didn't get drawn.
Hatchie NWR is an option, but my guess the water is up and eliminates a lot of ground you could hunt.
Next options I think would be Chickasaw and Natchez Trace - the hunting guide should clarify rules and regs for these.
In my experience, private land is the way to go if at all possible.
Also gotta be careful with your decoy set up anywhere, but especially on public land.
