Who's planning what for next year. I've never been out west turkey hunting but planning on South Dakota and Nebraska and Wyoming if I have time. Figure I better go while I can still climb the mountains pretty good

I've got to head West myself, things are finally lining up to where I should be able to do that next year or the next. I have thought a lot about Iowa also. I should also draw a WMA hunt I really like in Georgia so I will go there. I should draw LBL. I always hope to draw a Florida WMA hunt but who knows.

Working on a long term lease in south Texas.... I have a friend who lives in Rapid City, SD... been thinking about hitting him up, but I think I have 1 more okay year in TN next year. If this year's hatch is bad, I will go to SD in 2021 in lieu of one of my TN trips

I was able to cross 3 more states off my list this year, WV OH and MI. Hoping to hit NC and at least one other next year. Looking to hunt some of the northeastern states in 2020. If anyone is interested, I'm always looking forward to meeting and hunting with new friends.

Hopefully Kentucky next year, made friends with a guy with a big farm up there in Hardin county. May possibly hunt Alabama again, didn't hunt there this year. I wanna hit Texas, Nebraska, Kansas, and Oklahoma sometime in the future

Florida, to complete my grand slam, would like to get back to nebraska or hunt some western mountain birds.

FL would complete my "slam" as well, but I would rather hunt Merriams. If things go well I'm going to either go on a backpack hunt in NM or hit up some Merriams in SD/WY/NE area.
I really want to go a do a wilderness backpack turkey hunt though. Something many people do not even consider doing, and to think about hunting turkeys that may have never laid eyes on a human just sounds like plain awesomeness.

I really want to plan a trip to East TN to hunt some of our huge mountainous sections of public ground. It has to be as different from West TN cypress swamps as anywhere else in the country, and I already have a license. Also looking at a rio hunt somewhere, but nothing nailed down yet.

That's on my bucket list as well, there are Turkey's out there that have never been heard by a human, much less seen a person. That is definitely on my list, I want to kill a bird that, I'm the first person to ever hear him gobble.

This is a plan of mine too, would love to hunt them at 10,000 feet

Sounds like we may have a TNdeer backcountry turkey hunt in the making...
