Pretty exciting hunt this afternoon. Saw him about 4:30 checking a field but couldn't get a shot I was comfortable with. About 10 minutes of light left I had a bunch of does out in front of me. I heard him come across the creek and he popped out about 40 yards, started chasing the does . Shot him at about 30 yards. Ran 50 yards. I was thinking of doing a shoulder mount but the guy we have used isn't doing them.
