Not sure what's going on with the hole in his neck?

Skin tumor (fibroma) maybe?? Similar looking spot on his left leg. Regardless, that is a heck of a body on that buck for summer time. I bet he will look like a Brahma bull once his testosterone gets to flowing this fall. His brows are killer too. Thanks for sharing.

Are you sure that is the same deer?

I have my doubts...The deer from last year looks older then the deer in velvet
Not sure but, I to have a feeling it is, gotta remember, last years pic was during rut!

I really don't think it's the same deer. The rack is very different. Even the browtines are flipped on one theright is longer than left and the other has a longer left that right. You never can know for sure though.

Im thinking the deer is in deed the same deer. The rut pic shows him to have kickers on each G2, and I have watched a deer have kickers on year, not the next, then the third year only have one... etc

The deer in velvet looks great. I dont think the skin tumors are effecting him at all. I would bet he has never had an injury.

One heck of a deer, good luck getting on him this fall. Cant really tell much this time of year...but id bet hes is at least 4, but probably a 5 year old. Cant way to see his pics during rut all swelled up..hopefully with smoe fingerprints all over his rack from you dragging and snapping pics :)

Good buck! I'm not good at judging photos from year to year. At best you now have 2 great bucks to hunt. Good luck friend.

More growths on his left front and rear legs as well. Looks like he may have an odd left antler resulting from something as well! Good buck, good luck!
