I smoke mine on an electric grill actually. Just use a smoke box. It's so lean it doesn't take long so it works great.

Looks tasty. Made a batch of turkey salad with baked breast meat before I went to Chuck Swan last week. Finished it off yesterday at noon back at the truck. Made some fajitas tonight for supper with braised off thighs, legs, and wings. This is the last of a Florida Gobbler I killed 3 weeks ago. As of now, freezer is empty.

man some smoked turkey salad is really good, I made that last year.
