Nope, no special treatment for Jameis!

He was found not found guilty of any crime never was charged, the only thing he's guilty of is being a little bit immature. You should read the story above. They make it clear TWICE he was not charged because of a lack of evidence.
The sexual conduct hearing is to be charged in a 12 month time period,it was 24 months later that it was.
The hearing was also to be administered by students and Professors. It was heard by a Florida Supreme Court justice .Those findings will be released soon.
Sure sounds like special treatment. FSU broke all the rules.

The uf cops cut Harris a break on the Marijuana. As someone who's worked in law enforcement for almost 20 years, I've never heard the logic used by the uf PD to not charge the driver with constructive possession. I mean it would have only been another misdemeanor charge. But, the ownership of the vehicle has nothing to do with it. Harris was driving, his passengers didn't claim it. It's not a big deal for cops to cut people breaks, but to use that argument of ownership of the vehicle is laughable.
Now we can also debate his tweet, where he told the girl that accused him of rape,to keep her mouth shut. You know if I lived in a glass house I would not throw boulders.
 
^^badnole I said the same thing when I heard the harris was cought with marijuana Ive study law enforcement heck my uncle is a cop:/ and yeah if there is an unclaimed item in the car the driver always takes responsibility:/? Beer, drugs, a theft item what ever. I know some say AJ got a brake cause they found marijuana paraphernalia in his apartment that may be true. But there is a difference between finding paraphernalia in your house and riding around in a car with the smell of weed coming outta the Windows which means someone was probably smoking in the car, and with weed stuck under the seat lol:)

What is known is the State Attorney in Gainesville is in the Pocket of UF and has a special Attorney to handle all athlete cases. This is why they all skate by ,except for Treon Harris and his rape charge. With all that happened with Winston this could not be hidden.

Nope, I read it just fine. Maybe you should read it again. Point was Winston was the only one he's ever seen that got away with no IDA. Not suppose to participate in any extracurricular activities before the hearing. So yeah, I reckon he got special treatment. Only reason I even posted this was because it seems like your main agenda in posting anything on the sports forum is to try and show everybody what a saint JW is. Other than that I could care less about it.

^^^^^ I agree with this also even if JW didnt do it. He should have not been allowed to be apart of any extracurricular activities. Untill the case was settled.
 
The case was investigated and closed. He played. I am not the one who started this post. He needs to win the game and move on. You need to let it go Gator. Your rapist is still there .You seem to have a special agenda and nobody affiliated with Florida State cares what you think,being a gator and all. Time to clean your own house.
 
Jameis deserves special treatment. Seriously. Like special Ed. The guy is borderline retarded. He can't even put together an understandable sentence.

Ha, I don't need to win anything. Maybe you need to look in the mirror. Pretty obvious, bout the only threads you start or respond to have something to do with trying to bring everybody else's school down to FSU's level or prove what a great guy JW is. I mainly post Just in response to others who start post about how bad FSU is. James has a 3.5 gpa but not smart in other dealings.Not trying to prove what a great guy he is, but defending him when others post total bs--like you do.I will not post anymore threads about Tenn because Butch is doing a good job. But I will inform others about Florida and their criminal outlook. Will not post in others post unless attacking FSU.
