Not what I was expecting on a jerkbait

Made a quick trip to Dale Hollow yesterday afternoon. We didn't get there and start fishing until almost 2:00.

We caught 5 smallmouth and this guy...

anything will bite a jerk or crank bait. its a wonder you didnt latch on to a sauger or walleye this time of year.

A Tennessee Brown …….. if caught in Dale Hollow. Ha. And yes the original brown trout were imported from Germany.

Nice Brown! Caught a big bow once on a spinner bait fishing for smallies.
