I like smoked better BUT I didn't have a long time tonight to do it at real low temps. Did it for 40mins at 300 and while fantastic it can make it a tad tough doing it that fast.

I fry mine in olive oil and they always come out good! Hard to beat fried but I usually go the healthier route if I can
