What is a good 20 gauge over under that won't break the bank for a turkey gun. I guess what it would need is selectable barrels screw in chokes and needs not barrels to shoot pretty close. Does anyone make one that's affordable.

Savage, Yildiz, and Tristar all offer less expensive options but I know nothing about quality, fit, finish, or tolerances. Go over to gobblernation.com and poke around...lotta OU guys over there and you might be able to get some 1st hand recommendations.

I have a little 1100 youth 20 that's 2 3/4 only. With the apex and the tru Glo choke it shoots open enough for up close but still shoots good enough at 40 to kill birds. Just thought I might want to tinker with an over under.

I red a lot of reviews on cheaper over unders and reviews on all of them were great to bad evenly.... I'm leaning to a good name auto now..

I've got a CZ, Yildi, and Franchi all in 20 gauge as I upland hunt with them and they're all garbage in different aspects. Going cheap on an O/U is just asking for headaches in my experience. The Beretta Silver Pigeon is about as low as I'd go.

I wanted to a O/U to grouse hunt with that didn't cause me to shed tears when it gets mauled hunting rough terrain and thick nasty stuff. All of them failed when it came to reliability and performance

if I was wanting a 20 gauge to turkey hunt with I'd save my coins and buy a Benelli M2. Others that are in the 20 club longer than me may have better options based on their experience

Is yours an 1100 LT (built on the small frame reciever)? If so, interested in selling it?
