When are the best deer hunt dates to select for Oak Ridge?
Do they still have the bow only areas like they had 20 years ago?
I can't find any info on the TWRA site.
 
No deer left. Stay away.


Yes to bow only areas. Honestly any date will probably be great. It hasn't been hunted in a few years. I have the turkey hunt again this year and I expect they will cancel it again with all this Russia crap going on. I pissed away my priority points last year on a Catoosa hunt I was not able to make. I will still put in for oak ridge but probably have no chance at getting drawn for it.

No they cancelled it and gave me a point. I only put in for Oak Ridge has far has WMA hunts just because I have family over there in Morgan County so a free place to stay and eat lol.
 
You will only be able to hunt if you are willing to wear a hazmat suit and test negative for COVID 5 days in a row prior to hunting.
