Ok, so i've been shooting my bow for a while now. I can drive tacks with regular field tips. So I took out the broadhead, and I can't hit a 4X4 square, i'm shooting 6 inches left.

The broadheads that are causing me the trouble is 3 blade 100 Muzzy's and 4 blade 100 muzzys.

Maybe it is simple as the alignment of the broadhead and fletching. On my 3 blade muzzys I have the blades opposite of the fletchings......

I'm shooting 6 inches to the left. Both broadheads is causing me this issue.

Should I adjust my sights for the broadheads?

I was thinking of picking me up some rage's to fix the problem? Suggestions?

Check your center shot. If the broadheads are grouping good just not with your field points move your rest 1/16 of an inch right at a time until the groups meet.

If you do that you will need to shoot a fp group after each adjustment and probably have to adjust your sights some. Don't worry about where you are hitting in relation to the bullseye just focus on where the bh and fp groups are compared to each other until you get the groups to match then resight.

Great news!!! that all it was...!!!! I just adjusted it maybe 1/8ths and the groups came together...then I had to adjust my sight just a hair!!!

Thanks for the help!!!!

I was fixen to throw the muzzys away!!! but now i'm ready!!!!

Thanks again!

I go from 100gr fieldtips to 100gr Grimm Reapers, with no noticable change. Not sure why yours is different.
This close to Saturday, you must be freakin out.
Has to be a logical anwser.

Try group shooting 6 arrows. 3 with field tips and 3 with broadheads.

If they are impacting in groups but not together, move your arrow rest in VERY small increments towards where your field points are impacting.

Example...if your field tips are hitting dead on and grouping, and your broadhead arrows group together but hit to the right of your field tips...you would move your arrow rest in very very small increments to the LEFT. They will eventually merge together.

If they are going high, low, and everywhere...you have a major problem.

Most people can shoot a bow out of true tune and get away with it with field tips. Fixed blade broadheads wont let you get away with it.

That is some great info! Most people would just buy expandables and band-aid the problem instead of finding the center shot.

Fixed it that night. My Center shot was just off. It was funny cause my BH's were grouping in one place and the FT was grouping in another.... I just moved my rest alittle at a time until both groups meet. Then ajusted my sights until the group hit bullseye!!!

Thannks for all the help!!! THis is a great site!!!
