They sure know how to tease you when your not hunting for them. How big do they grow down here?

57 pounds is my biggest so far. Kidding of course but a 27 pounder would be huge. My biggest so far was 24 pounds. Average would be 17-21 pounds.

I hunted a power line Sunday and had a flock of 30 or so pitch down right in front of me. They make too much noise. I'm glad they didn't stick around long.
