seems Meyer is a five-year coach. He does really well the first few years. He can build a program and get top recruits. Then something goes wrong in the maintenance department. Players get disgruntled and the program starts to slide. He is not a disciplinarian, and he appears to have some "teacher's pet" players. He may not be honest with them.

I don't know, it just seems that all of his programs start to rot right after they reach their highest point.

He needs to recruit players that can drive and don't have suspended licenses. With Cardale Jones gone ,who will they release the offenders to. :rotf: :rotf: :rotf: Just a little humor OHVATN :tu:

Michael Thomas declared today bringing the total to 8 underclassmen declaring for the draft. Vonn Bell will be the ninth and final. A total of 15 Ohio State players could be taken in the NFL draft this year. A record number from one school (breaking the previous record of 14 set in 2004 by ........ Ohio State).

This is what happens when you have a top 5 recruiting class every year, but Ohio State re-loads. It doesn't rebuild. Take off your tinfoil hat mtncur. Ohio State returned only 10 starters to begin 2014 and all the Alabama fans can let everyone know how that turned out.

lol ya boy........the fall of meyer just like at uf, watch and see :rotf:

I see that NINE juniors at OSU declared for the draft....

That's an unusually high number, and I'm going to guess that all of those guys are not ready yet.

Makes you wonder that things may not be exactly right in Columbus.

LSU in the last 2 years has had 9 starters in 2014 enter the draft and 8 last year. This year the number appear to be down a lot for us luckily.

OSU will probably have 15 players drafted. A record number. 4, maybe 5, in the first round. The juniors are all projected to go in the first 3 rounds except Cardale Jones who will probably go in round 5 or 6 (he's a redshirt junior). I was hoping Jalin Marshall, Tyvis Powell, and Eli Apple would stay another year but don't blame them for going to get paid. (Tyvis is is a red shirt junior but got his degree in December).
