OMG Go Penn State!!!

Bad play calling. Samuel takes it 74 yards to the house to go up 21-7 and in command. And his name is never called again. Rush the FG unit out and have a kick 6. RT Isiah Prince was blown up all game long.

Going into the season I figured a loss at OU or Wisky. Never thought it would be Penn St. Penn St!!!!

Not true. I only watched the last 1:30 and I saw Samual make a catch.


JT must not have been a warrior tonight.
 
I sure miss Franklin and those big wins! Lol
I am sure the vols are glad he's at penn and not vandy. Dude is a pos and not a great game day coach but he sure make players think they can compete with teams they shouldn't. He was amazing at Vanderbilt.
 
Is that his first win over a ranked opponent? PS fans will take the W but probably hate that it will keep him around another year.

I wish he was still at Vandy so we could beat his arse. He's an ok coach but was at Vandy at a good time when UT, Florida, and Georgia were all down. I cant stand him but will admit I pulled for him yesterday. Growing up Penn State was my second favorite team behind UT. Loved the smash mouth football where they'd line up, tell you where they were running, and say stop me if you can. But when they hired Franklin I can't pull for them except against Meyer and THE Ohio State University.

Heres some numbers for you: 2-13; 0-4; 42-13; 11/26/2016. We'll see where the skunk weasels are ranked on 11/27.

Franklin knew how fortunate he was in the timing when he was at Vandy as already pointed out, and could see that he was probably at the pinnacle. He jumped ship at the right time.

I did find this :D :

James Franklin is 0-18 as a head coach vs teams which finished ranked and has never beaten an FBS team which had more than 8 wins.
