Not sure if there was any birds on this property as I took a chance hunting this morning. Eased in a fence row on the back field just to listen. Just as I sat down the gobbling started very close. They pitched down 150 yds across the field from me silent. Started some soft yelps on the pot call, nothing. Threw in mouth call and that was music to their ears. Killed the lead bird. Done at 6:20

9" beard, 3/4" spurs, 20-1/2 lbs 2 year old
