Their menu is neck and neck with Central. Central's ribs are better, Central's shoulder is better, Central's nachos are better, and Central's prices are better. Plus, they smoke their meat. It's difficult to justify a BBQ restaurant that doesn't smoke their meat. Their sign says BBQ, but it should say "oven roasted pork" that may or may not taste good.

What's really odd is that I heard a radio commercial for them today and they specifically said in the commercial that they smoke their meat for hours. I guess pouring in liquid smoke is now considered "smoking"
