Does anyone order archery equipment online. If so can you recomend a site. I ordered a dozen arrows last year off of a website. The only dissapointment from this experience was some of my fletchings came unglued after the arrows 2nd or 3rd shot into the target. I quickfixed them by applying a dab of glue to the tip of the fletchings where they join the shaft. Other than that I was really satisfied. I just forgot to bookmark the website.

Thanks

Lancaster Archery
Keystone Country Store
South Shore Archery Supply

South Shore Archery Supply is really good with arrows. He puts alot of time in the shafts.

I have, but I'm trying to quit :D

I order target archery stuff online just b/c the shop I've been using for years didn't keep any of it in stock. I got tired of driving 45min each way to place the order then driving 45min each way to pick it up. Now that there's a bow shop close to home I told him if he can get what I need quickly and keep the prices competitive with Lancaster I'll order everything through him. We can't gripe that there aren't archery pro shops if we don't spend our dollars in them.

Thanks for all of the responses guys. I found the one that I used last year and its called YeOldeArchery. They have a build your arrows program that is really cool. During the process this year I actually chose some nocks that didn't go with the arrows that I had ordered, and their shipping person called to confirm that. They fixed my mistake, and I had my arrows 2 days after ordering online. (Oh yeah, they are in Texas)

Check em out!!!

yep.and if you don't support them, they will cease to exist. :(

I just received a dozen easton shafts from this company . Shipping is only .99 for orders over $9.99 .
http://www.bowhunterssupplystore.com/in ... %3D(direct)%7Cutmcsr%3D(direct)%7Cutmcmd%3D(none)&__utmv=-&__utmk=244857990 I used to buy everything from a local proshop until he started having to order everything I needed , then I would have to wait up to two weeks for a order to come in .
I do all of my work on arrows and my bows , so I do buy online for accessories .Proshops are the lifeblood of the industry , but they need to become cost competitive with online archery stores and more responsive to consumer needs .

Just checked them out will be using them in the future. I also like keystonecountrystore.com

Some of you need to realize it takes money to run a shop ! and your asking for shop owners to be more competive priced compared to the online stores ??? It's a whole lot easier to sit behind a computer and sell stuff !!! I bet the guy your buying your stuff from online won't be there for you when you have a major equipment malfunction 2 days before the season opens !

There are complaints about having to wait for stuff ! Well I know that many of the shops, including mine use a wholesaler that delivers in 1 buisness day to Tennessee !
They don't stock stuff, as I don't, to hold down on the over head, Why should I order 20 dozen of a certain brand of arrows, when I can offer my customers every possible shaft made, can chose how, what brand and style, and what color of flecthings they want ? and in most cases have them ready for you in less than 2 days !!!! I bet thats faster than having to wait on that dozen arrows to ship from Lancaster !!!!

I understand ordering things online, and saving money ! We all need to save during these times, but always remember the little guy when it comes to your hunting equipment ! You might spend a little more, but the attention, and service you get will never touch what you get from someone online !!!

Sorry for the raint !! I'm off my box now !

Like most customers , If I go into a store to buy something , I expect to walk out with that item , not to have that store order the item for me and pick up at their store.
I can do that at home and save on markup and have it delivered to my doorstep ASAP .
The well stocked , competitively priced proshops will succeed . Most of them also offer online ordering and shipping to customers . Bowhunter's supply store is one of them !

"We are a full Wholesale proshop. We keep our prices low & there are no gimmicks. Low prices on everything, everyday, and at only .99 shipping per item!We carry Hoyt, Bear,Bowtech, Diamond, Ross, Pse Bows which we repair and tune. In stock is the largest selection of bow supplies in Georgia! The best way to contact is through email at [email protected] . We always check email each day M-F. Our Pro shop is open for local business and pickups Thursday through Saturday from 9am until 6pm.We are located at 108B Kilgore Road, Carrollton, Ga 30116."

I do the same as Radar. I do my own work on arrows and bows. You stated that an online company won't be there for you 2 days before season and you have a malfunction. I can't begin to count the times I have been sitting in a shop and some one needs a string and the shop personnnel states I don't have that one but i can order it for you and it may be here Friday afternoon. If the shop is well run it will have a string. Inventory should be done and things re ordered before seaqson is upon you. It is also the hunters/customer's fault for not forseeing things can and do happen and having back up stuff on hand. But if I go into a shop looking for something I expect to walk out with it. If I am told I can order it for you, that shop has lost a customer cause I can order myself and probably cheaper.
