Online check in issues

Worked fine for me today. Had issues back in deer season of not getting emails. I started screenshoting my check in number before closing out the app. Also, had one of my deer turned in for CWD testing. When I attempted to look the number up for results it said the number did not exist.
 
It wouldn't work for me this morning either. It wouldn't ever let me change the species from deer to turkey. I finally got pissed off and drove home and checked it in on the computer. They want us to use all this new fangled crap and it never seems to work right!
 
One time worked fine, the second time the app crashed after 5 minutes of waiting, then I had to close and reboot, but worked ok after reopening

It's worked fine for me. Only problem I have is the weight. Why doesn't half pound increments wrote like 19.5 work? Or does it only accept whole numbers? Tried fractions but no go there either

Ok, I have a confession to make: my problem using the cell phone app to check in a bird was user error. :( I guess the 3rd time is the charm because I got lucky and figured it out this morning. To change species you SCROLL the screen, not tap it like I was trying to do.
 
The app didn't work worth a crap when trying to "tag before you drag" and I had to have good cell service and check in on the website instead. Was supposed to let me check in and generate a confirmation number even with zero signal. App wouldn't even let me get to the actual check in form. And I just updated it too.

Would not work for me on my phone,had to use the computer.Like someone has said,have something that works,leave it alone and dont change it!! :bash:
 
Exactly. I believe the problem is that the computer program once again has not been built strong enough to handle the traffic!
