Had the first one on the ground at 6:45am. Called him off the roost here he was alone somehow. 2 yelps and a wing beat and he was pitching out of the tree and came right in strutting. Buddy shot him at 20yds

Ended up finding 2 more line gobblers at 8am and after a serious of cuts both came in gobbling and strutting. Shot him at 12 yds, had an issue where he and the other tom were so close I couldn't get a clean kill and was freaking about it.

Today was a true blessing and thank god first and foremost for allowing me the opportunity and ability to go! Was one of those days were everything I did was right. Those days are so few and far between I really like to take time and soak it all in when I can

Congrats! Sounds like a great morning. One of the hardest mental battles I've had turkey hunting was when I've had 2 gobblers strutting together and wouldn't separate far enough to shoot just one of them. I've lost the opportunity for a shot at a couple of big birds that way.

It was getting to that point. At 12 yards i though I was fixing to miss a shot at either
