Pepper vinegar sauce(hot and mild)

Quart jar stuffed full of Jalapeños a couple pieces of garlic and apple cider vinegar.
Pour the boiling apple cider vinegar over the peppers and garlic and let it sit about a month to pickle
Then enjoy
I don't Water Bath my peppers as I think this makes them mushy.
 
About
75% Super Chili mostly green
20% Serrano
5% Green Habanero
50/50 cider vinegar and unseasoned brown rice wine vinegar

Tabasco can be used instead of the supers but i think the supers taste better for hot vinegar.
