Our son does one with jalapeños, cream cheese with minced bacon and anion and garlic in it, broiled. They are amazing.

My ex used to make some kind of jalapeño corn dip with cream cheese that was served cold. It was pretty delicious. I can't remember the exact recipe though. I feel like there was cream cheese, sour cream, corn, jalapeños, possibly some rotel, salt n pepper, and maybe some shredded cheese.

Last weekend we went to b&b marina in Charleston area and they had a jalepeno popper sandwich. They took cream cheese, roasted jalepenos havarti cheese and bacon and made a sandwich on sourdough that was toasted. It was a one time thing but I've thought about making sliders like that.
