been so busy trying to get some deer butchered and getting ready to make some sausage and snack links , i almost forgot about these. a little fertilize and water with the cool temps really puts the peppers on. only have about 6 plants that are still blooming. planted the oats and austrian peas a week or so ago and been so dry im having to water again. no rain in sight for the next week or so.
 
thanks and yes they are. very crisp and sweet, especially when you make a batch of emrils mr john's stuffed bell peppers.
