just did couple dozen. use white onion, jalapenos, mustard seed, celery seed, pickling spice and dried habaneros. . I love these things. after pickling does anybody refrigerate them or just leave them out on the counter? I remember my favorite watering hole always had a jar on the bar. never refrigerated

The ones I have seen were not in the fridge

Bars and restaurants where I have seen them leave them out,but if you buy a jar it says refrigerate after opening. So its clearly yes, no, maybe, I think!

Never could bring myself to eat one, but that mixture looks awesome!! In the hasti marts they are always on the counter unrefridgerated.
