Pickwick license?

I have been told I need a Tennessee and Alabama license to fish Pickwicke from top to bottom even on Mississippi side. Does anyone know if this is fact?

I use to buy a miss when i fished pickwick alot,the fartherest south i fish was bear creek though.

This was from 2012 ,so things may have changed.

Years ago IIRC the line stopped at the island at the State line , and excluded Yellow Creek.

That is my understanding. I know that was the case 2-3 years ago when I was doing a decent amount of fishing on Pickwick.
