I have been told I need a Tennessee and Alabama license to fish Pickwicke from top to bottom even on Mississippi side. Does anyone know if this is fact?

This was from 2012 ,so things may have changed.
Years ago IIRC the line stopped at the island at the State line , and excluded Yellow Creek.
