Good out to 700 yards or so. Its kinda loud, but I don't think they will be fast enough to jump the string. Just kiddin, I bet there will be some deer shot this weekend with firearms.

It works well too . I made a recommendation that a aluminum rod be used instead of the carbon rod though . The set screws don't hold the carbon rod securely enough and it splits if it is over tightened.

Good lookin setups!
Rackseeker, Im sure there will be some taken with rifle as well. Last year during archery I heard gun shots at daybreak several times.
