Piebald Doe - Hernia or is her udder that full?

Looks like a hernia to me.I shot a 3.5 yr old 8pt one year and when I got up to it,it had a hernia in the same spot. Its small intestine filled bulge. When I field dressed it, I pulled the intestine out of it.

I've got a doe on this weeks pics whose udder looks like that. She has twins though so I figured that's what was causing it.

Great Picture, never seen one in the wild.
I would say full udder. There is a chance the fawn or fawns were lost and the udder is not getting relived, especially if the piebald genetics were passed on, making the fawn's chances of survival less.
Here are pictures of a doe with full udder from my cam.
