Mrs. TAFKAP has begun dabbling in the voodoo of baking.....lately, her thing is to make a PIECAKEN.  Sort of like a turducken....but a pie, in a cake.  It's not been documented yet, but it's usually a fruit pie of some sort, baked into a flourless chocolate cake, with chocolate icing.  Well tonight, was a bit different. 

Apple pie, in a spice cake, with caramel icing one half, and cream cheese icing other half.  No recipe, as I just watched it all unfold. 

THE PIE, with butter crust...then let it cool

Sink that pie into and cover with cake batter

Bake it all

Ice it...

Eat it
