Seems like from day one of using a strap release my pinky and tip of my ring finger would go numb for a few days after shooting. I've not shot in about 4 or 5 days and the feeling is coming back but my pinky still has a little numb feeling to it. I know the release is adjusted right, not to lose or tight and I've got it set so the crook of my first finger can get to the trigger just fine. Just wonder what nerve it's pushing on to make my fingers go numb or if it's even in that area. Maybe it could be in my elbow or even shoulder. Anyone else have something like that happen to em' when then shoot with a strap release? Thanks.

I know my hands sometimes go numb at night when I'm sleeping. It's not that they've got to sleep either, it's something different. As long as my arm stays straight things are find but if I bend it during sleep I'll wake up with my hand numb.
I really don't know what it could be. My release isn't that tight and I'm not holding at full draw long enough to cause blood loss to my hand. It may be something to do with the shoulder and nerves in that area.
It's not too bad today after shooting yesterday. May be something I just need to work thru. Anyway, I just wanted to know if anyone else ever had similar happen.

Ok, so I've been shooting today, off and on and it's not any worse then when I started. Must be a muscle pinching nerve kind of thing and my muscles must be getting stronger and not be pinching that nerve as much. Either way I think I'm going to live, LOL.
