It's so easy to make.

Take 1 or 2 cans of big biscuits(real pizza dough is better but we threw this together quick and easy.)cut them in half. Put a small cube of mozzarella into the dough and roll into a ball. After you have a ring of them melt some butter and add minced garlic, italian seasoning, and a pinch or 2 of red pepper flakes and parsley brush it on the dough balls. Mix mozzarella, cream cheese, and parmesan cheese in a bowl put it in the middle of the ring. You can use ricotta cheese or substitute the cream cheese with the ricotta but the first time we did it it seemed too gunked up. Next we added a store bought fire roasted pizza sauce it will take quite a bit of it. Top with more shredded mozzarella and some chopped pepperoni. Bake 350 for 30 minutes then eat.
